With love, sometimes it’s just not the right fit.

We love VIAJIYU shoes and hope you do, too. But, if for any reason you don’t, please send them back to us and we’ll refund 100 percent of the price you paid, including shipping and return shipping.

Because we are a small business, please include your receipt for return shipping and we will credit you. We’re working hard to get our self-service, return process in place.

IMPERFECTIONS

All VIAJIYU shoes are handmade in Italy at a family factory in Marche, the birthplace of Tod’s.

While our artisans strive for 90% perfection, the beauty of handmade items is in the unique imperfections. No two items are the same.

TAILOR-MADE TO FIT

Like the prince in Cinderella, we want your bespoke shoes to be a perfect fit. If you’re unhappy with the fit, you have a few options…

• REMAKE. Return to us in an unworn condition, and we’ll happily remake them free of charge in a different size.
• REPAIR. Take them to a local shoe repair in your city and we'll cover the costs of having them adjusted.
• REFUND. Return to us in an unworn condition, and we’ll refund you.
